uWho FindMe Update and New Pro Version

Today we released an update to the uWho FindMe app for Android as well as a Pro Version.

Because of issues with using google market in Canada the Pro version is only available at SlideMe

The Pro Version shown can send your location via SMS and/or email in the form of a text message or to an email address.

uWho FindMe for Android Released

This Android app will send a text message with your current location to help people find you.

Simply have your friend or family member send you a text with your uWho Find Me Access code as the body of the text and your current location will be sent back.

• The Application runs on phone boot up.
• Remember to change your access code from ‘findme’ without the quotes to a new access code when you run the app for the first time
• If you forget your access code you will need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

* Please note you are now required to turn GPS on in the settings of your Android phone as Google no longer allows access to turning on GPS from apps.
